Leadership experience, brought into your preparation.
I spent more than a decade leading teams, operations and complex programmes at Amazon, HelloFresh and across international businesses. That experience shapes how I coach: practical, specific and grounded in what strong evidence looks like when the stakes are high.
In 2020, during COVID and while working at Amazon, I began offering pro bono coaching internally. I enjoyed helping people make sense of their experience and prepare to speak about it clearly. It showed me that developing people was the part of leadership I cared about most.
I later took that work beyond Amazon through Fiverr, and built a coaching practice around the same principle: no generic scripts, just better evidence, stronger answers and direct feedback.

Do you coach outside Big Tech?
Yes. The approach is valuable for ambitious professionals across industries, especially where the interview process is competitive or the role carries significant responsibility.
Do you help with technical assessments?
No. My coaching focuses on the behavioural and motivational parts of the interview: competency-based questions, STAR stories, “Tell me about yourself”, “Why this role?” and “Why this company?”. I do not provide coaching for technical assessments, coding interviews or case-study content.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on your timeline, seniority and the type of support you need. We can identify a sensible starting point in the first conversation.
Do you coach executives and senior leaders?
Yes. Executive preparation focuses on leadership evidence, strategic judgement, influence and communication at senior level.
